What counts as a miss

A study opened while you were a member, it fit your settings (pay, schedule and sites), Celerion listed you as a match, a screening spot was open, and Rollie didn't book you.

What doesn't count

• Rollie was paused.
• You were already booked or registered for another study.
• Celerion refused the registration.
• Your Celerion login wasn't working.
• Celerion didn't list you as a match.

What you get

No Enrollie fee on your next study. The clinic still pays you as normal.

How to claim

Contact us within 30 days of the miss. We check our records and confirm.
